alignment,
steering stabilizer,
maybe the track bar,
these are possible things that could help, ,

Thanks for the ideas. i will build a track bar on my next day off. the truck started as a stock 4x2 sport, and is almost rock ready. well a step closer.

Pictures?
You probably need to check all your steering components for slop. Is this leaf or coil spring? That will help in the diagnosis.

It is a leaf spring set up. i have pics just need to post them. whats the best way to post pics. thanks for the help.

To post pictures( dead links) at the top message box, and type the images location. Unless you have "Elite" status, you will have to put your images on a host site like photobucket.

One other thing, is the steering wheel sloppy or does it have no feeling of a center going down the road?

first thing that comes to mind is the absence of a drop pitman arm, also them tires look real wide at the front, might need a toe adjustment ,

Don't forget to check your shocks. I'm assuming you got some fancy new ones with your lift kit? Bad shocks make hwy speeds scarry in a vehicle.
