Since my tranny is throwing codes occationally with some blinking OD light occationally, I thought a tranny fluid change might help, possibly.

Look elsewhere...?

Jiffy Lube had a summer special consisting of tranny, transfer case, and rear diff for $199. Not sure if flushing was any part of that. Not sure on going to Jiffy Lube after reading the bad reviews on here

Small print says valvoline maxlife ATF. Special fluids additional. But worth asking if they'll give you a bigger discount, and let you provide the fluid. I brought in my Amsoil ATF and they did it for $50.

I see the fine print now. The fine print also says that the filter is extra. How much does that fluid cost? There is also the cost of the fluid, gasket paste, and gasket, so they can't make too much off of this. Some vehicles are hard to remove the pan unless you remove the catalytic converter. Find out if they will do this, or just syphon the old fluid out of the dipstick tube. It is a good idea to retorque the valve body bolts with a torque wrench while the pan is off.
