Does anyone know if this Tsb would be N/C on
a 97 X out of warranty with 129,000 Km..

Ford only extended the coverage to 72,000 miles. So, no you X would not qualify.

Thanks, do you know if you can call Ford and check
if the previous owner had these issues dealt with.

I'm in Canada and I'm thinking Ford might have a
central database that could tell me this?

Yes, you can call and ask. They should be able to provide you with information.

01M01 exended the warranty to 100K miles (160Km) not 72K miles. 00M12 was the one that only went to 72K miles.
