TT, ball joints, and upper control arms

some one told me if i to a TT i will need upper control arms or my ball joints will go bad all the time is this true ?

Not really, they might go out a little more often due to being operated at a harder angle...the best thing you can do for your upper balljoints is to install limit straps to keep them from hyper extending.
