Does a TT lift do any kind damage to your tires in any way?

If you don't get it aligned after words it can cause uneven tire wear.

so I am not really sure what a tt lift does other than lifting the truck. Does it mess with the camber of the tires at all?

Well I'll attempt to explain this...... Your suspension has like 9" of travel. The torsion bars control where in the travel static ride height is. By turning the bolt in you put more down force on the lower control arms by increasing the spring rate (i think). This is why you end up with a stiffer ride and less suspension drop. The upper and lower control arms are an "unequal length" setup. Meaning that the upper and lower arms obviously aren't the same length. This means that in up and down travel the camber changes +/-, so if your camber is where it's supposed to before you jack up the t-bars it will change when you "push" the wheels down from the truck. Thats why you should at least have the alignment checked. When I did mine the alignment was still in spec. I'm not an expert and anyone is welcome to correct any misstatements I've made.
