Tug in my transmission

I have a 99' Ex Sport 4.0 OHV. When I stop at a light I sometimes feel a tug in auto transmission. Does any one know what it could be?

Also theres a sqweaking noise I hear in the engine when I start her up. I don't think it's the belts. What could it be. The lifters or cams?

not sure about the squeak but for the tug i have the same problem ive been told its a valve sticking or something like that ?

Could be a dry bearing in one of the pullies, or a bad pully. I have the same squeek, lubed my belt but haven't had time to pull it all apart and really figure out the problem.
