Tune up for 98 X Auto

Could someone tell me what could be causing my X to loose power.
On take off it's ok it's just when I am going up a steep hill it labours and doesn't seem to want to kick down.
I did I thought get a bad load off fuil a while back nearly stopped on me going up a big hill,put new fuil in and it seemed better but now I don't know still labouring any ideas ? :exp:

how many miles are on it?

welllllllll I'd say do the plugs and wiers, air filter, clean the throttle body, clean the MAF, clean your injectors, change the oil, trans fluid, and flush the coolant... and see where that gets you.

Thanks dude It has done 90,0000 klm serviced the motor and tannie, I should do the rest I did do some very dusty off roading - so of to the work shop it goes again.
