Here is my problem:
When I turn off my 97 Explorer, my high beams turn on. This has happened to me once before (a few days ago). I left it off for about two minutes, started the Exp. again, and the problem disappeared. Tonight, I arrived home, and the same thing happened.
I tried the start it, turn it off thing again, but some weird stuff happened: I'd turn the ignition off, pull the key out, and the heater blower kept running for a few seconds, THEN the high beams turned on, and wouldn't turn off (the dashboard lamp turns on when the lights turn on).
So my battery is dead, it's -35C outside, and I'm stuck at home. Could the cold have an effect on my electrical system or the computer? I'm stumped.
Strangeness.......
Anyone else have anything like this happen to them?
