When ever I turn on my turn signal, the volt gauge dips down, when ever the relay clicks on. I find it hard to believe that the turn signal circuit draws that much power, so what is going on here?

Engine off or on? With the engine off the drop is more noticeable. It is normal.

When the engine is on.like I said, I find it odd that it would draw that much power, ALT is good to, new at about 5,000 miles ago. battery is good, and holds a charge well.

For some reason this morning, it did not do it. probably because i talked about it on here... I hate trying to fix intermittent problems.

Why not go get a real volt meter? Extremely easy to hook up, temporary check to get a good reading. Also you will be able to see what the alternator is really doing.
