My 99 Explorer is giving problems with my turn signals. I tried to replace the flasher relay but once i turned the key the new relay made a loud ticking noise, so i put the old one back in. So still have no turn signals. As well my brother and I found out that the 4 wheel drive and 2 wheel drive wont engage not sure if its separate or both could be connected in a way. I appreciate all the help i could get.
