Hey guys, gotta 1991 Explorer XLT and my turn signals work but they do not blink. When I turn on my turn signal they stay on solid. What part do I need to go pick up to make em blink again?

I think it's your flasher relay under the dash. (The thing that would click if it was blinking)

If it is just one side not blinking, check your bulbs... and don't do what I did :) a new turn indicator bulb cost me $42 at Canadian Tire (because I had to buy a screwdriver and they had the 65 pc set on sale... lol)

Ya, both sides do the same thing.

Check your flasher, but also make sure that your battery is being charged. If not, many of your systems will slow down, including the blinkers.
