turn signals work then dont work? HELP?

when you signal either way they either:

blink a few times and stop or

turn on but no blink

any ideas?

there was a recall for mine for this switch. for me the wipers would go off every time i made a turn.

yup, probably the multifunction switch.

Make sure none of your bulbs are blown.

Improper resistance in the circuit caused by blown bulbs can cause the symptoms you describe also.

i awalys thought a blown bulb would be infinate resistance

Sorry, I worded it better now.

It's based on resistance of the total circuit. In a parallel circuit, the blown bulb just 'erases' that path. You still have the other paths for electricity to flow through, but total resistance has changed.
