like I said I had no od in the previous transmission. I had changed out the transmission because of other problems. The only problems that I have with the new transmission is that I have no engine breaking and still no od. Is there another reason why I wouldn't have od other than the transmission? Any input is greatly appreciated.

There are many things outside of the trans that could prevent the OD from coming on...
Bad OD switch, wiring issue, bad PCM, bad VSS and more.

It could also be two bad transmissions... :(

My money is on the VSS - ESPECIALLY if you've had speedo errors/issues too.

I havent had any speedo issues so it might not be the VSS. I'm gonna get it scanned to see what it might be.

I had the trans scanned the other day. The codes that came up were: p0735 & p0732.
