Tye rods

HEY this guys is changing the tye rods on my sis's toyota for like $325
is he ripping her off or is that about good? thanks

is it a rack and pinion front end need more info on type model year ect. but allways ask for old parts allways!!! what amount of this is labor and what amount is parts, does it include a allignment after. if not expect more $$$
