As for discrimination, that is a joke. I am a realtor and I can choose not to work with someone all i want. There is a part of law called exclusion you allowed to exclude anyone unless it violates federal, state or local law. with that being said saying no ford explorers is their right just like a mechanic can say, I dont do transmissions, i dont work on VW's. It would be easier to just buy a 4x8 trailer.
