Can anyone tell me where I can get parts for my Explorer in the uk or who ships to the UK

It depends on what parts you are after. For normal parts try http://www.usauto.co.uk/ also motoserv stock most bits if there is one your way. Other than that try your local parts store and ask them to get them for you, most will be happy to oblige.
