Underbody Neon Fuse

I want to install underbody neons on my 99 XLT, and want to fuse them, by running them through the fuse box under the hood I was wondering what amperage fuse I should use, and what kind, maxi/mini/inline etc. Thanks!

I would just put a inline fuse and put it near the main fuse box.

Same thing I did, I have 2 underbody kits on mine actually, a StreetGlow Multicolor LED kit, and an old RedLine kit. (RedLines coming off soon) and I simply put an inline fuse (about $1.00 from AutoZone) by the battery. Works perfectly, Im running 20amps with mine, but I also have all my incar stuff on that fuse too. www.hincity.com/xploder to see how much I have wired up to it.
