well i want the fog light inserts, as opposed to the xls without them

I received my bumper cover today, and i have a little problem. I thought every eddie baurer/ limited model explorers came with fog lights so i assumed the bumper cover would of came with the fog light inserts for an explorer with fogs. I received the inserts for an explorer without fog lights.

ok, so i am in the process of doing the same thing, i got the rear bumper going on this week (due to a accident where i got rear ended), I put a bra on the front for now to cover the grey bumper, and i thought they could take off the trim above the wheels, but there are holes in the fenders, and it would require alot more bodywork and money than i thought. so i am thinkin how bad that is going to look and wat to do bout it, thought about usin like a sticker type thing, it is dark dark green, and thought if i could make them black some how it would look better until i can afford to get them taken off, in the end i would rather not have them on at all, i think it will look alot better... but until then i am at a loss...
