Up size shocks for body lift/larger tires?

Does anyone know, do I need to change the size of my shocks if there is a body lift installed on a 2nd gen. explorer and the tire size is increased a few sizes (31.5"-32")?

The body lift dosen't require a change in shock size becuase the suspension geometry stays the same...
