Upgrading tires to 265/75-16 any pointers?

I'm a fairly new owner of a 2007 Ford Sporttrac XLT. I scored some bad ass new tires and was reading some threads on here and it sounds like the only thing I might have to change is the issue with possible tire rubbing w/sharp turns?

265's are kinda wide to use with the stock rim and the fronts will be VERY close to the upper control arm and ball joint unless you use spacers. Also that's about a 32" tire and you may need to get the Truxxx strut spacer lift.
