Upper Intake on EBay

Ok, I took the upper intake off my X with a SOHC and found the bottom to be warped. After hunting for the last two days in my area I came up empty handed. However, I found an upper intake on ebay really cheap and was wondering what experiences anyone has had with ebay or this seller. I have never used ebay and am not sure about it's safety and when paying by paypal. This is the web page:

I buy off of Ebay all the time using paypal and to date have not had any bad experiences with Ebay or paypal. Can't help you on the intake. The only thing I would suggest is that you not let anything take longer than 30 days and insure your article when shipping.

Thanks guys for all your help. I never bid on ebay and worried about getting something worse then I already have. I e-mailed the seller and he said there is no guarantee that it will fit or even work on my year because it is off a 1999 explorer. However, I found a salavage yard who has one on a good engine and picked it up today, and it comes with a 3 month guarantee.

By the way Charlie's_93EB not saying anything about the item crossed my mind too.
