They made EBs in '63?? 
The D44s only came in EBs from '71+.
The only part of a lift kit that you would really need when placing an EB D44 under your rig, would be the front coils. And a few manufacturers make 3.5" and 5.5" EB lift coils (JD, WH, etc). They are all pretty much the same, you can shop by price between them.
