using stock fog light wirering harness with after market fog lights?

can i use they stock wire harness for the stock fog lights and use it for new after market fog lights. i just dont wanna run new wire all threw my car. also how many watts are the stock balbs for the fog.

depends on the wattage 55watts should be fine but i wouldent go any higher
