v8 5.0 explorer grinding noise

I have a question. I have a 2001 making a grinding noise from the front end. When driving if I turn it to the left or right slightly it stops. It only makes this noise going straight. What could that possibly be and is it safe to continue driving it for a couple of days???? Oh and by the way it's making a loud squeaking noise when going over bumps, not sure if that has something to do with it but I'm assuming it does. Thank you for any help with this problem

The grinding noise is probably one or both of the front hubs, an easy fix.

The squeaking is probably a ball joint, still an easy fix.

I agree with MAS Tequila (including the More Tequila part - But only AFTER the work is done!)
