maybe I missed it... is the '03 4.6 drive by-wire TB? if yes, what TB application is everyone using? My wife's '04 is drive-by-wire (DBW) & I believe that either the bushings in the TB & or the DBW solenoid is going out.

I have been trying to research intakes, TB's & elbows.

Any part #'s or insight as to what parts to use would be much appreciated.

02-03 actualy use the same tbs as the mustangs. 02-03 is where its at if you want to mod.

On the 04 and 05, I believe there is a sort of mod you can do to the TB. If you open up the TB and look inside you can see these little fingers that you can remove and get some better peformance out of it.

You may have to search the forums I bit I do remember seeing that a few months back.

my biggest power adders have been this

GMS 65,000 volt coil packs
JBA shorty headers
Tune via henson performance. 93 octane.

the exhaust + K&N

75mm throttle body
GMS Shark plenum + polish
Professional products manfild + polish.

the 75mm gives no more advantage than the 70 unless your going to run cams or forced induction. You would be wasting an extra 120 bucks that you didnt have to.

Where do you find 93octane fuel?....
