the factory plastic lines are notorious for this and I hate them :)
All of my vacuum hoses are now good ol rubber vacuum line from your local auto parts place.

Sonce you have a 92 Ex I can tell you where they go, from the vacuum tree on the back of the OHV 4.0L upper intake (manifold vacuum this is called):
1 goes to the fuel pressure regulator
1 goes to the airbox, vacuum canister, also branches off and goes to the vacuum solenoid inside the cab for the heater controls
1 goes to the cruise control canister
1 big one goes to the brake booster
1 goes to the EGR valve (if equipped)
if you have an automatic 1 also gos to the A4LD vacuum solenoid.

I think thats all of them?
Dont be afraid to use regular rubber vacuum hose and T's available at most auto parts places.

I can get the lines but what about the ends that conect to the manifold. the rubber piece is also cracked and needs replacement

I dont understand, rubber hose will fit over the metal tree fittings.
You just need to get the right size.

What fitting are you talking about?

I have used rubber hose OVER the plastic lines as well to make up short sections. be creative.

do you know what sizes i should be looking for??

not off hand, I just pick by looking You will need different sizes.

Heck I have used clear aquarium air pump line to patch a broken plastic line too, so just be creative, get a variety, there are only like 3 sizes of vacuum line.
You can also use windshield washer line

Junk yards are a great source for these materials also

Thanx for the help

appreciated
