hey guys i been having a problem with my temp controls, first the heat doesn't get real hot and the ac doesn't get real cold, but it does change from hot to cold, and now the heat/ac only comes threw the defrosters and floor. i went through and did the blend door fix,but don't know if i did it right.... i have a question is the "blend door" the door thats all the way to the right of the glove box?is that the door thats suppost to open and close when you turn the temp control from hot to cold. because mine is always closed. also why would the air only come out of the defrosters and floor no mater what setting you put it on?

Where the air comes out is controlled by a vacuum operated system. If you are having problems with air coming out the defrost then you prob. have a vac problem somewhere.

The door you can see all the way to the right of the glove box is the fresh/receric door. (vac operated)

The blendoor motor is electric. It is "hidden" somewhat infront of the glove box.

Sounds like you have a blendoor problem.

what should i look for or do to fix this problem of the air only blowing trew the defrost and floor

First check under the hood for any broken vac lines to the a/c panel or a busted vac reservoir.
