Very stiff steering

my explorer is having major problems... now the steering is very stiff. It won't re-center and takes 2 hands to turn the wheel. Is there any ways to know if it is my PS pump or my box or what? What do you guys think? Is there a certain part that usually wears out?

Yeah Id definantly say its your powersteering. Check your fluid and check for leaks.

Has your Steering always been stiff? or has it been stiff since you installed your Body lift?
