Hey guys!! So I have a very annoying vibration upon acceleration that started after replacing struts, lower control arms and cv axles. This vibration almost feels like something is bent but only occurs at low speeds while accelerating. I have done many hours of research on the forums and cannot figure out what is causing it. I also had the alignment checked after replacing the parts and got the print off that shows everything is within specs. I was originally replacing the lower control arms due to a roughness when hitting bumps in the road. I decided to replace the struts at the same time since the car has 130,000 miles on it. While replacing the lower control arms, we had to cut off the ball joint which ended up with a hole in the driver’s side CV axle, so I replaced it. Upon the initial test drive, I noticed the vibration and thought it was coming from the passenger side. I made sure everything is torqued to specs. I then replaced the CV axle on the passenger side thinking that it may have been damaged while doing the strut and LCA replacement on that side, I even replaced the drivers side CV axle for a second time thinking maybe it was defective. The only thing that I can think now is that maybe the pinion angle or the way the driveshaft is angled may now be off now which is causing the vibration. The new struts did raise the car slightly but I’m not sure it would be enough to cause the vibration. I’m not sure. I’m at a loss and need some advice and guidance.

does it change when turning?

No it doesn’t. It’s more noticeable upon initial acceleration and then when you let off the gas, it stops vibrating. Once to a consistent speed it doesn’t appear to be vibrating.the transmission shifts smooth throughout all gears.

I replaced the passenger CV joint in my 2014 due to a damaged boot and it was noisy, no vibration just noisy. Took it out and discovered that the intermediate bearing was bad. When I spun it on the shaft it hummed. Remember NEW just means never ever worked.
