Vibration When Braking

Ok, before everyone says that I need to turn or replace the rotors... I have replaced them. The vibration only happens at 65 mph and above... as soon as you drop below 65 it stops. The rotors and pads on the front and rear have been replaced and it still had the same problem. I recently replaced the upper and lower ball joints and the inner and outer tie rods, and still having the same problem. Anyone know what it could be?

Broken belt in a tire up front? Braking puts downward pressure on the front... Just making that up... have no idea for real but it sounds like it make sense.

You could try rotating the front and back tires to see if it makes a difference.

Didn't really think about that, but I guess we can rule it out anyway, cause two months ago I put all new Michelins on it...

Did the problem start before or after the new tires were installed?

I would still rotate the front to the back and see because belts break mostly due to impact, say from a pothole or railroad tracks that are really rough.

It started way before the new tires, and it continued with the new tires.
