Vibration when put in gear

I recently had an error code indicating misfire on cylinder #4, so I started by changing out all 6 spark plugs. After the change the code is gone and the engine runs smoothly when in park. But as soon as I put it in gear, it vibrates badly. What is the most likely cause?

Check the coil to the plug. The coil and boot is together. Probably it is bad aND needs to be change.

Did you examine the plugs you removed, especially #4? Unlikely the plug was causing misfire, more likely the wire. Was there no vibration with the old plugs and #4 misfire code? imp
