Re; upper control arm/Ball joint;
I have been reading your repairs for the top steering joint on the Wishbone.
I have a 98 EX. Has done 270,000 km and the joint is not replaceable as they are a pressed together joint with an angled cap.
Nobody seems to have suggested hammering the cap down to take up wear in the joint. I did this, it is quick, easy and costs nothing.
