Voice Guide on 2006 Navigation

I have a 2006 Explorer with nav. I can not figure out how to turn on the Voice Guided feature, or perhaps I do not have that available. Can anyone enlighten me on this.

You don't have voice recognition/

are you referring to the audible turn-by-turn directions? If so, it is labeled as "feedback" on the Nav setup screen.
