Wanting an Aerostar Cargo Van

I'm looking around for an Aerostar Cargo Van not sure what year I want. I'm wanting to be able to swap out a 4.0L and put in a high performance 5.0L
Would there be room for headers?
What year of Aerostar would be best to be able to do that?

Welcome to this forum! I think that you could do it in any model. The body style isn't too much different other than minor details between the years. Perry (one of our moderators) had a 5.0L in his. He doesn't have the van anymore. I saw some vans on YouTube with a 5.0L swapped into them.
