Wants to cut off after start

Ok what happens is that when i turn it on and then go and put it in drive and then get ready to go the truck surges and then sounds as if it wants to cut off but dosent.Thanks for any help.

If it only seems to do it when the truck is cold (cool), or does it worse then, it may be the IAC.. There are a bunch of threads about troublshooting and cleaning the IAC on this site... (Its $50ish part).
