Warn 37780 and 29071 hub help please

I just received my warn 37780 hubs and the box says 37780 but the paperwork inside the box says 29071.My question is.Is there anyway to tell the difference in the two Im changing my autos to manual so I dont have a comparision to go by and Iwant to make sure i did get the 37780 hubs.thanks for any help

There is a page on therangerstation about using the 37780 hubs on a ranger. IIRC there are dimensions listed in the article (tech article) so you may be able to tell the different that way.

Everything I found said that there were no difference in sizes at all.Everything is exactly the same except in weight.Does anyone know of a way to tell which is which.thanks

Only way I know to tell the difference is the weight. I have had both and broke both.

Notice your in Gastonia. Im right beside you in Mount Holly. You ever do any wheeling?

...Those 29071's are the same as the stock manual hubs...Should be easy to find to compare them to...
