Maybe the seatbelt minder? Your owners manual should tell you how to turn it off.

The air bag warning light bulb is dead. Replace it and the beeping will stop.

I have a 2000 Explorer Sport. It does the same thing, 5 sets of 5 chimes, every 30 minutes. Everywhere, I read that this means the airbag warning light is burned out.

Well, here's the problem....the airbag warning light is always lit.

So now what?

Read the airbag codes, that should be the first step in your diagnosis.
PS: Does your truck have a switch for a passenger side airbag?

There is no code. The light comes on solid as soon as you turn the key on. Never flashes. As soon as you put it in gear, you get the 5x5 chimes, and every 30 minutes after that.

There is no switch for the passenger air bag.

Check fuses, connections, & grounds. There is an airbag fuse under the hood.
