i got the 98 exploder back from trans fix and all seems to be good, im fixing it all up to sell, although today i was driving and this little light came on near the battery level gauge, i've never seen it before and it isnt in the owners manual. It looks like a gas pump with threee little droplets to the top right hand side of it. anyone know what this is?

Your gas cap may be off or damaged.

There is a sensor that measures vacuum in the tank/system. if vac is low - out of spec - it will throw a po456 code (evap emissions). This can be due to a loose cap or pin hole in the tank or fill, among other things.

They must be utilizing this sensor to warn you in advance.

ive been wondering if there was a hole in the tank cause i used to get 250 give or take 10 miles to a 17 gallon tank of gas before it was slap empty but then out of nowhere its been getting like 194 per 17 gallons
