I've enjoyed following this thread and apprecaite all the info and pics you posted.
Please follow up after you've got some miles with the new exhaust system with observations on dronning, sound and any perceived performance improvements.

The sound is perfect for me. I am pleased. As for performance changes there were none changes with Air Intake or Exhaust and I did G-Timer test to confirm that. The computer basically de-tunes the car so expect gains unless you combine your mods with a tune change.

When I added Ken's Lund Racing tune after intake and exhaust, my 0 - 60 time dropped 1.2 seconds. That's impressive.

bottom line is...............where can you get a exhaust which fits 14 explorer sport with the tow hitch and doesn't have a drone and isn't the livernois rip off $1500?

check cgs motorsports. I believe with their system you will need to cut the stock and then slide the new one on. I emailed them but nvr received a response. However, carid was very helpful in giving me details.

I dont know if magna is a true bolt on or not. For now im waiting on corsa's final results because thats a quality system.

Part number for replacement mufflers

Anyone have the part number for the magnaflow mufflers to replace the stock Sport ones? Just the mufflers. I did a search and sizing should be 2.25 offset with center out?? I want to order the right ones. Thank you
