After my little accident at the pond, my truck has been running rough. At first, it struggled to start and ran sluggish but smooth, now at low RPM in any gear it shudders and runs rough. When I pop the hood, I can watch the engine jump around. The when I stand at the exhuast, it has an odd, almost pop, of air that is rythmic wigh the rpms.

My question is what should I do? On my jetski, if it ingests water, you pull the plugs and crank it until the cylinders are dry, replace the filter and change the oil until it's not longer milky.

Can you do the same for an explorer? Where is the oil pan drain plug, I've never done an oil change on a 5.0. And how do you remove spark plugs, and what do you replace them with?

Thanks a lot for your help

Just got the code read, has a misfiring cylinder... Anyone have any ideas
