Water leak, driving me insane

So i was putting in some offrod lights and when i was running the wires i noticed the the floor and padding under the carpet was soaked. Ive looked all over and cant figure out how its getting in. Any help is greatly appreciated!

was the vehicle ever in a crash?

Maybe have someone run water over everything and you look to see where it is coming from.

The water is on both the driver and passenger side. Seems to be worse in the front than the back.

make sure it dosnt have a sweet smell to rule out coolant from your heater core.

run the a/c and check that the hvac box drain is clear, if its plugged the condensation will back up and leak out of the box inside

close the door with the windows down with a dollar inbetween the roof and the door. slide the dollar through the seam front to back and make sure the drag feels the same all the way through.if you feel no resistance you can bend the top of the door closer to the boddy to close the gap

take the garden hose and water the x so to speak, see if you can narow it down where its geting in from outside
