So after the big rains down here, I seem to have some sort of water leak. Found the carpet right under the front passenger seat & in front of the passenger side back seat to be wet.

The seats, side panels, doors & headliner are all dry. I have no idea where the water is coming from.

Any ideas?

I tried a hose today with no luck in finding anything.

How are the door seals?

They look in good shape. No shrinkage, or tears. The door strikers are good as well. I'm taking the seats out. Maybe there's a hole somewhere under there. I can't see from underneath.

Your best bet may be to simply remove the passenger front seat, pull back the carpet and run water on that side of your ex. Seam sealer sometimes shrinks and drys out in body seams and inside the cowl area. Water leaks are notoriously difficult to pin-point. I worked in an automotive glass shop for several years and we were always fixing water leaks for people that claimed "it didn't leak before you put the new windshield in..." Often the water runs down the firewall and soaks the carpet giving the impression that your door is leaking. If you can't find it take it yourself you may have to take it to a good glass shop in your area. Those guys are usually very good at finding leaks because they are normally blamed for them...

I have had some luck with finding leaks around windshields and door seals spraying soapy water around the seals and running the heater fan on high with the doors closed. You will see bubbles...

Oh, did you check the roof rack mounting bolt holes and the seam sealer on the roof? I have had to remove seats, carpet, headliner and pretty much most of an interior to find a leak before.

Best of luck.
