Water Leaking Into Cabin

I purchased a CPO 2008 Explorer last Nov. I've discovered that water is leaking inside and am currently drying out the floors from behind the 2nd row to in front of the front seats. I called the dealership closest to me and have an appt for then the water leak experts some in (not the dealer I bought it from because I've had so many issues with this vehicle already). I'm told by my local dealership that there's a charge for the water guy...what I'm wondering is what are the chances that this is covered under the CPO warranty?
