Water under wiring(driver side)

I just bought a 99 explorer 4 door and when i got the locks would not lock so i fixed the corroded wire on the drivers side and now whenever it rains out theres a puddle along where the driver side wires go . I looked at the seals and they looked wet, would replacing these fix this.

The drivers side of the vehicle is half the truck...

Usually the wires in the channels are OK since they don't contain any connections or splices. I had a leak in my windshield that was hidden and would fill up the passenger side electrical channels with water... I ended up drilling a small 1/8" hole to allow the water to escape, and eventually fixed the windshield leak. (windshield fix)
