yea boggs,weather forcast really sucks for the next few days - not sure if its gonna rain, freezing rain, or snow. Probably all the above with a patch of sun dashed in the middle somewhere

could the problem possibly lie in the fuel filter? I figure after a few solid days of rain (plus the fact that I do not know how old the filter is) I'm wondering if this could be a cause of my troubles.

Never mind, I see you may have found it with Fuel Filter.

I was thinking old wires that arch top the Block when you got all that rain.
