At a minimum, you will need to extend the breather lines for both axles, the transfer case and the transmission. Depending upon how deep you want to go, you may also want to add a snorkel to raise the air inlet height and re-locate the computer that is in the passenger's side kick panel. There have been several people who have moved the computer up behind the glove box. Sealing the cabin floor pan will help keep water out, but the door seals can let water in. Best way to seal the cabin floor is to strip the whole interior out and spray it with a bedliner or an undercoating that dries hard.

There are several threads on here about snorkels and computer re-location.

BTW, most of the sensors are already sealed from the factory. I've sunk my X in some fairly deep mud/water (4" up the doors) without damaging anything. However, it can't hurt to put dielectric grease in any and all electrical connections to prevent water intrusion.

Dont worry about the electronics unless you relocate or remove the stock air intake. You will suck water into your engine and hydrolock, way before you flood the electronics.

nd re-locate the computer that is in the passenger's side kick panel.

PCM is in the engine bay at the top of the firewall on second gens.
