We need a "Projects" Thread!!!

After visiting the site www.mysporttrac.com I noticed they had a seperate "projects" section. I think the site would greatly benefit from the knowledge of everyone's own projects on their Explorers. If we put them all in one forum thread so that it would be easier to find them it would be easier than trying to search the forum for that particular project. Then people could post their projects with pictures so that everyone could see them and possibly use them for themselves. Just a though I had, but I think it's a good one.

Or a "How to" section dedicated to write ups on doing particular mods or installing aftermarket items. Either way think Rob's right, good idea.

I know that we have the small section on the main page, but I think it would be good to expand that with all kinds of projects.

I just checked out the www.mysporttrac.com website and I agree, a "Projects" forum would be awesome. I usually take pictures of stuff as I do it so I could do a few for some of the stuff I've done to my X.

Start posting them into the General Forum and see how many you get. If there is enough threads it will warrent a new forum if not another one could get edited to include Projects. Just name the thread Project:_____ Then if they pile up we know we will have something.

In a way yes. However the description of that forum is more towards hardcore conversions then a changeout of a blue carpet to green one... I am sure that could be changed though.
