weird issue

So last sunday I was driving my 06 ex all day with no problems I go home and shut it off. A few hours later I decide to go somewhere and i have a really weird issue. when the truck is in gear there was a stutter when I would give it gas. And the truck would shake. So I go back home and take the wifes car for that trip. later that night I say I am going to start it and see what happens. Well nothing happened. It drives normally like it always has. And it has since then also. Has anybody else expirenced this or know hwat it could be. Im now out of warranty by 800 miles. 368xx.

Why do you hit the gas? You don't just put your foot on the brake and start the engine?

I had the opposite - would shake at idle after driving a long time. I have 31,000 miles, fuel filter was changed at 16,000. The dealer did reprogramm the computer, as the gas pedal is fly by wire - computer contols the throttle response. Hpoe this helps.
