Weird Light Thing

Quick question for anyone that may know the answer. Everytime I get out of my truck I have to turn the auto lights off and the dimmer all the way down in order for the power door locks to work and for the lights under the mirrors to go off. Anyone know why this might be? Starting to become an annoying extra and don't won't my battery to go dead from forgetting it one day.

I had a similar issue but it never hindered my power locks, but try looking in the wires that go from the door to the body. Pull back the black rubber covers and look for pinched/cut wires.

Yeah its extremely weird, moment I turn my dimmer all the way down, the door locks work again! I'll try to check tomorrow and see what the results are
