My guess would be the radius arm bushings. They may look alright and be tight, but you can't usually tell if they are good or bad unless you take the nut and washer off the end of the radius arm to inspect them. My driver side bushing was this way. It looked fine until I pulled it apart.

Pretty sure the are new when I got the truck I know they have been replaced all the rivets are gone and has bolts now and they look brand new

Strap your battery down! Problem solved.

I really get a kick out of these "funny noise" threads.

Pretty sure it's not the battery noise coming from suspension

it might be the axle pivot bushings . they can make a thud . not sure but it could be .

That would be fun any chance it could be shocks?

Any way I can test to figure out which one it is?

check the bushings on the shocks really well . try bouncing it up & down by hand . this is where you need a little buddy to tie up under the ex. lol sometimes clinks , clanks & thuds can make you scratch your head .

Idk how old the shocks are but I know the bushings are shot on them

That could be your noise . you could try just replacing the bushings to keep from the cost of new shocks . Id hate to see you buy a new set & still have the klunk .

If I do shocks I'm going to pick and pull and looking for a good set

Wish you luck , if you need us we are here .
